About

Billy Hale LMFT Therapist in Menlo Park CA

A space to feel supported, understood, and free to show up as your authentic self.

Billy Hale Therapy was created as a space where people can feel supported, understood, and free to show up as their authentic selves.

I believe therapy should feel approachable, collaborative, and grounded in real human connection. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or a difficult life transition, therapy can help you better understand yourself and begin creating meaningful change.

My goal is to help people move from feeling stuck and overwhelmed toward feeling more empowered, connected, and capable of navigating life’s challenges.

Anxiety, Depression, and Psychedelic Integration Therapy with Billy Hale

I am William Hale, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in patterns that no longer serve them. They often know something needs to change but aren’t sure how to move forward.

My role isn’t to tell you who to be or how to live your life. It’s to help you better understand yourself, make sense of your experiences, and create meaningful movement toward the life you want to be living.

I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and non-judgmental. I bring warmth, humor, and genuine curiosity into sessions so you can feel comfortable exploring what matters most to you.

Warm, Person-Centered Online Therapy Across California

My work is person-centered and collaborative. I meet you where you are and work alongside you to identify what is getting in the way, what is keeping you stuck, and what changes you want to make.

I integrate several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-focused work. This allows therapy to be flexible and tailored to your specific needs and goals.
